Where are you located?
What comes with my puppy?
We are located in the Puyallup/Tacoma area of Washington State.
Vaccination Policy: All our puppies leave with first shots, age appropriate dewormings and a vet check. We provide life long support in training and behavioral questions.
Can you ship?
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes, we can ship. We use Delta Airlines, pet cargo. We prefer to ship to cities/airports that are main connection points for Delta. Sometimes this means that you may have to drive further to pick up your puppy. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this ensures your puppy spends the least amount of time possible in a crate being shipped. We require the puppies to be paid in full, and the shipping fee accounted for before the puppy leaves our premises. Shipping/transportation fees are NOT REFUNDABLE once arrangements have been made and the payment to the airline submitted. We apologize for the inconvenience but the airline will not issue refunds.

We do offer other options of delivery depending on what is available .We can sometimes arrange for ground transportation or even a pet nanny to fly with your pup in the airline cabin rather than sending the pup through cargo. Sometimes new puppy parents fly to us and we meet them at the airport!
How do deposits work?
So you picked out your puppy, but dang, the puppy you want is a bit pricey, and now you are sad. Don't worry! We accept payment plans catered to each individual situation! The puppy must be paid for in full before delivery or pickup.
What kind of testing do we do?
Do you provide stud service?
Yes! Your female must have a current vet check and be up to date on all vaccinations. We also require a negative Brucellosis test prior to the mating. Message us for rates.
All of our breeding dogs have had genetic testing completed through either Paw Print, Royal Canin, Embark, or through Canine Health Check (backed by Paw Print).
Deposits are typically $300 to hold the puppy of your choice. Deposits are non-refundable. But we understand that life can throw you a curveball and so if your situation changes we can transfer your deposit to a future litter.
What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle, Apple Pay or we can take a Credit Cards. We try to be flexible. Cash or money order at pick up is also a great option.

I'm sorry to add this but we have recently had a client who just didn't understand boundaries and became very upset that we were not available to her 24/7. While we try very hard to meet the needs of all of our new puppy parents, we do reserve the right to refuse services.
